Roughnecks Re-Sign Multiple Top Players Ahead of 2022-23 NLL Season

Calgary, AB- The Calgary Roughnecks today announced the National Lacrosse League club has re-signed defensemen Shane Simpson and Eli Salama, and forward Tyler Pace, each to one-year contracts. All three signings have played their entire NLL careers with the Calgary Roughnecks. Pace is entering his fifth season in the NLL, whilst Salama and Simpson each have four years under their belt.
Shane Simpson and Eli Salama were both selected by the Roughnecks in the First Round of the 2018 NLL Entry Draft (7th and 12th, respectively).
