Lockhart Records Second Straight Three-Point Night as Petes Fall to Colts in Shootout

(Peterborough, ON) -The Petes started off a three in three on Thursday night as they hosted the Barrie Colts for First Responders Night at the PMC. It would be the second and final meeting between the two teams this season, after the Petes blanked the Colts 5-0 in Barrie on October 8th. The Colts would win this one 4-3 in a shootout.

Connor Lockhart led the way for the Petes with his second straight three-point game, recording two goals and an assist. Nick Lardis had a goal, and Michael Simpson stayed hot, stopping 39/42 shots.

The Petes will host their annual Remembrance Day game on Tuesday, November 8th when they host the Hamilton Bulldogs. There will be a special pre-game ceremony as well as Cadets on hand to escort Veterans to their seats. Tickets can be purchased by visiting the Grant Thornton Box Office in-person or online.
