Allen, TX – The Dallas Sidekicks have announced that veteran forward, Jamie Lovegrove has re-signed with the club. Per team and league guidelines, no additional contract information will be released.

Lovegrove has been in the MASL for six seasons. Lovegrove started his indoor soccer career with the MASL in the 2014-15 season with the Dallas Sidekicks and the 2022-23 season will mark his 5th season with the Sidekicks.

Overall, Lovegrove has played in 93 games in the MASL and hopes to surpass the 100th game mark this season.

Lovegrove is a very vocal leader and contributor to the team by scoring 18 goals and 19 assists this past season. Last season, he played 18 games with the Sidekicks and two with the San Diego Sockers. With Lovegrove’s leadership and goal scoring, the Sidekicks made the playoffs for the first time since the 2014-15 season.

When asked about his personal goals this season, Lovegrove said, “I want to do better than I did last season by continuing to contribute goals and assists and to give everything that this organization deserves and continue playing for Coach Ricardinho.”
