Matchday Guide: Fan Appreciation Saturday Night at TQL Stadium

Saturday will celebrate the fans who have helped make 2022 a historic season for FC Cincinnati as the Orange and Blue host Chicago Fire FC this Saturday, October 1. Kickoff from the final regular season match of the year at TQL Stadium is set for 7:30 p.m. for Fan Appreciation, presented by Kroger.
Very limited remain for Saturday’s match. Visit the ticket page at fccincinnati.com/tickets, or call 513-977-KICK, to learn more. There will be no fees on tickets sold through the club.
Prizes and giveaways are planned throughout the match. Every fan in attendance will automatically be entered to win a pair of 2023 Season Tickets, or a trip to an away match during the 2023 season. Prizes will be awarded at halftime.
Fans watching at home will also have the opportunity to win a pair of 2023 Season Tickets. Details on how to enter will be shared throughout the broadcast on Star64 and the stream on FCCincinnati.com.
The atmosphere is sure to be energetic for FC Cincinnati’s push for the club’s first MLS Playoffs berth. Off the field, fans can enjoy plenty of activations and benefits including $2 off all beverages and 20% off merchandise (some restrictions apply). WASHINGTON PARK ACTIVATIONS
It’s FAN FEST at Washington Park! The park will be filled with free fan experiences beginning at 4:30 p.m. including:
Player autographs from 4:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Live music from Naked Karate Girls
FCC Scavenger Hunt (First 100 win a prize!)
FCC marketing table
360 degree camera presented by TQL
Mobile gaming truck presented by Purina
Kids soccer activations including the Striker Challenge
Gary’s Alley (Inflatables, Games, Mini Golf)
Face paint/balloon art
Poster making station

Fans can join the Supporters March to the stadium, departing Washington Park at approximately 6:45 p.m.
ON THE PLAZA
Gates to TQL Stadium open at 6 p.m., but as you enter, the Carl and Martha Linder Plaza opens at 5:30 p.m. Live music will serenade the walk into TQL Stadium, led by local musician Mikaylah Rose performing.
On the Mercy Health Plaza, there will also be a ‘Be a Match’ clinic courtesy of Mercy Health. Fans who get swabbed to determine if you match a critically ill patient in need of bone marrow or blood stem cells are entered to win prizes.
IN-STADIUM
Fans can enjoy $2 off all beverages, as well as 20% off all merchandise at TQL Stadium (some restrictions apply). Be on the lookout for plenty of other giveaways, surprises and delights at the stadium!
The broadcast team of Tom Gelehrter, Kevin McCloskey and Alex Stec will be honored on the field as part of several pre-match ceremonies on the field, including the National Anthem to be performed by the Elder Glee Club.

HOW TO WATCH
The previously-mentioned Tom Gelehrter, Kevin McCloskey and Alex Stec will be on the call Saturday. The game will be televised on WSTR 64, streamed regionally on fccincinnati.com/stream, out of market on ESPN+, on radio on ESPN 1530 while an audio stream will be available via the iHeartRadio app.
