LOS ANGELES – With four matches remaining during the 2022 USL Championship Regular Season, LA Galaxy II fell 3-2 to El Paso Locomotive FC at Dignity Health Sports Park on Sunday night.

Goal-Scoring Plays


ELP – Dylan Mares, 5th minute: A loose ball inside the penalty area fell to Dylan Mares, who bungled his shot in from close range.

ELP – Luis Solignac (Ricardo Zacarias), 21st minute: Ricardo Zacarias’ back-heeled pass down the left side of the 18-yard box found Luis Solignac, who drilled his shot into the roof of the net.

LA – Cameron Dunbar (Penalty Kick), 58th minute: Cameron Dunbar’s penalty-kick attempt was fired into the top right corner of the goal.

ELP – Eric Calvillo (Eder Borelli), 60th minute: Eder Borelli delivered a floated cross into the penalty area and it was headed in by Eric Calvillo.

LA – Remi Cabral (Axel Picazo), 70th minute: Axel Picazo’s ball found Remi Cabral, who swiveled away from his marker and fired his shot in at the near post.

Following the loss to El Paso, LA Galaxy II (10-14-6, 36 points) fell to 11th place in the Western Conference standings, three points behind seventh-place Rio Grande Valley FC Toros (11-12-7, 34 points).

Cameron Dunbar tallied his 10th goal of the season in the loss to El Paso.
