LAST GAME: 3-2 OTL vs Vancouver Giants: For the second straight home game for the Medicine Hat Tigers, they’d need to go to overtime to decide their fate. Vancouver would take a 1-0 lead after 1 thanks to a Mazden Leslie goal. But Brayden Boehm & Bogdans Hodass would give the home side a 2-1 lead heading to the 3rd. Vancouver would force overtime with the extra attacker with 5.6 seconds left on the clock as Zach Ostapchuk would hit the equalizer. In overtime the Giant’s Jaden Lipinski would sneak in behind the Tigers defence and score the OT winner for the eventual winning goal.


VS CALGARY: This is the 1st meeting of the season between Medicine Hat & Calgary the Tigers and Hitmen will face each other 6 times this season, in the 2021-22 WHL Season the Hitmen took 7 of 8 games against the Orange & Black. The All-time record for the Tigers against the Hitmen in 178 games played, the Tigers have a record of 78-75-9-5 including 3 ties.
