Today’s Game: The Dayton Dragons (affiliate of the Cincinnati Reds) meet the Lansing Lugnuts (affiliate of the Oakland Athletics) in the first game of a season-ending six-game series. Season Series: Lansing 8, Dayton 4.

Last Game: Sunday: Game 1: Dayton 8, Cedar Rapids 7. Game 2: Dayton 7, Cedar Rapids 0. The Dragons swept the doubleheader, battling back in the first game after Lansing scored three runs in the top of the first inning, then shutting out Cedar Rapids on four hits in the second game. Michel Triana had a home run in each game of the doubleheader. Noelvi Marte reached base seven times (4 for 5, 3 BB), and Tyler Callihan went 3 for 6 with a triple and home run.
