The Silvertips continued to pile on in the third, as Sutter scored a goal of his own 19 seconds in the period followed by Ryan Hofer’s fifth of the year at 4:12.
The Chiefs showed some spark at 11:42 as Blake Swetlikoff raced down the wing and dove to feed the puck one-handed to Kooper Gizowski who found the twine for his third goal of the year.
Ryan Hofer capped Everett’s scoring at seven with a shorthanded goal at 14:40 in the third. Bertholet then put one more on the board for Spokane unassisted at 18:24 to bring the final score to 7-3.
