Kyle Gaffney (’20-22) & Payton Matsui (’20-21) Both Gaffney and Matsui notched assists Friday night as their University of Alaska-Fairbanks squad beat St. Thomas 4-2.

Cullen Ferguson (’20-21) Ferguson grabbed an assist in Union College’s 4-3 loss to UConn Saturday night.


Henry Welsch (’18-20) Welsch recorded 26 saves for his UMass-Lowell squad, but ultimately the team fell 3-1 to Miami Friday.

Zach Aughe (’19-20) Aughe had a goal Friday as Lindenwood fell to Michigan 7-4.

Mack Byers (’19-20) Byers recorded a goal and an assist in Saturday’s 3-2 overtime thriller as St. Thomas came back to earn the win over Alaska-Fairbanks.

Pierson Brandon (’18-20) Brandon scored an equalizer goal, but his Colgate Raiders eventually fell 3-2 after a late goal to Northern Michigan Friday.

Colton Huard (’17-19) Huard had an assist in Friday’s game-winning overtime goal to lift his Univ. of New Hampshire Wildcats over Clarkson 4-3. On Saturday, Haurd notched his second assist of the weekend as he helped his team to a 4-1 win over St. Lawrence.

Matt Vernon (’17-19) Vernon posted 36 saves to backstop his Colorado College team to a 6-2 victory over the University of Alaska-Anchorage Friday night.

Stepan Pokorny (’18-19) Pokorny had an assist Friday night as Ferris State beat Michigan Tech 2-1.

Nolan Sullivan (’16-17) Sullivan had a goal as Nebraska-Omaha fell to visiting Niagara 4-3 Saturday night.
