Give Old Phones New Life

Waterloo, Iowa – Goodwill Industries of Northeast Iowa will collect and recycle old cell phones during the Waterloo Black Hawks’ Friday, November 11th game against the Tri-City Storm.
Anyone who would like to dispose of their old device safely and in an environmentally friendly way is encouraged to bring it to the Goodwill table, which will be set up on the arena concourse on November 11th.
By donating old cell phones, fans are helping reduce the amount of plastic, metal, and chemicals going into landfills while supporting Goodwill’s mission of providing job skills training and employment opportunities in our community.
