Barnstormers Bolster Offensive Line

DES MOINES – The Iowa Barnstormers have signed offensive lineman Eric Janeau, Jr. to the 2023 roster, Head Coach Dave Mogensen announced today.

Janeau, Jr. (6-5, 325, Southern University) joins the Iowa Barnstormers for his first season with the team and third season in the Indoor Football League (IFL). Janeau, Jr. previously spent two seasons with the Green Bay Blizzard. Collegiately, Janeau, Jr. was a multi-year starter for the Southern University Jaguars and had the opportunity to participate as part of Team USA in the 2017 World Games in Poland.

“Having experience along the offensive line is a great asset maybe more than at any other position,” said Head Coach Mogensen. “Eric has played at a high level for two seasons in the IFL, proving he has what it takes to be a dominating presence along the offensive line. We are happy to bring Eric to Iowa.

Janeau, Jr. will enter the Iowa Barnstormers 2023 Training Camp in the Spring.
