2022 Training Camp Rosters Announced

Spokane, Wash. – On Wednesday, the Spokane Chiefs announced the team rosters for their 2022 training camp, which will begin on the ice at Spokane Arena on Thursday.
This year’s camp includes 78 total players: 8 goalies, 23 defensemen and 47 forwards.
By hometown, camp attendees are from: Alberta (23), British Columbia (22), Manitoba (13), Saskatchewan (6), Minnesota (2), Nevada (2), Alaska (1), California (1), Colorado (1), Idaho (2), Italy (1), Montana (1), Northwest Territories (1), Texas (1) and Washington (1).
Returning 2021-22 Chiefs, by team:
Team Kidd – #3 Brayden Crampton, #10 Blake Swetlikoff, #12 Erik Atchison, #19 Jake Gudelj, #24 Saige Weinstein, #30 Mason Beaupit
Team McCabe – #7 Graham Sward, #17 Carter Streek, #23 Michael Cicek, #28 Chase Bertholet, #31 Manny Panghli

This year’s camp follows a tournament style, with games starting Thursday night and continuing through the weekend. The camp culminates in the Red-White Championship Game on Sunday, September 4 at 10:30 a.m, which will feature the top two teams in the tournament.
The Red-White Championship Game will be free and open to the public, with entrance via the southeast corner of Spokane Arena.

The Chiefs’ 2022-23 regular season will begin on Friday, September 23 as they visit the Victoria Royals before hosting the Kamloops Blazers in their home opener at Spokane Arena on Saturday, October 1.
